Abstract

This research was conducted in PT BTN (Persero) Tbk, at Pasar Minggu sharia branch office, Jakarta. The objective of this research is to analyze the relationship between leadership influence, corporate culture, and job satisfaction variables to the employee engagement. The data was gathered by distributing questionnaires to 79 employees as respondents. The data was analyzed through instrument test, classical consumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis test, and dimensional analysis. The result was the leadership variable has the significant positive impact on the employee engagement, corporate culture variable has a negative impact towards the employee engagement, and the job satisfaction level has a positive significant impact on the employee engagement. Keywords: leadership, corporate culture, job satisfaction, employee engagement. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero), Tbk. Kantor Cabang Syariah Jakarta Pasar Minggu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa pengaruh kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap employee engagement. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara melakukan wawancara secara langsung dan menyebarkan kuesioner terhadap 79 orang karyawan sebagai responden dan kemudian dilakukan uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji hipotesis, dan anlisis dimensi. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh hasil bahwa variabel kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap employee engagement, variabel budaya organisasi tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap employee engagement, dan variabel kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap employee engagement.
