Abstract
Background of the problem in this Study is the decline in productivity that accurred for three consecutive years. The purposes of this study are to test and analyze the influence of transformational leadership style on employees performance, the influence of organizational culture on Employees performance, the influence of commitment employees performance and the influence of transformational leadership style , organizational culture and commitment together towards employees performance. This study is Descriptive and quantitative , sampling technique of this study using questioner , observation and literatue study. Sampling technique used is saturated sampling that is all employees 68 people. Analysis method used in this study is Multiple Linier Regression. The results of this study showed that there is influence between leadership style on employees performance , there is influence between organzational culture on employees performane ,there is influence between commitment on employees performance and there is influence between transformational leadership style , organizational culture and commitment together towards employees performance in PT. Oto Multiertha tangerang. Based on this study steps that need to be taken by management is to improve employees performance through an inspirative leadership style , innovative organizational culture and good employees commitment. Key words: Transformational leadership style, Organizational culture, commitment, performance of employeess Latar belakang masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah adanya penurunan produktifitas yang terjadi selama tiga tahun berturut-turut . Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaruh antara budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaruh antara komitmen terhadap kinerja karyawan dan pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi dan komitmen secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dan kuantitatif . Teknis pengambilan sampel menggunakan kuesioner , observasi dan studi kepustakaan. Teknis sampling yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh yaitu seluruh karyawan 68 orang. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan , terdapat pengaruh antara budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan , terdapat pengaruh antara komitmen terhadap kinerja karyawan dan terdapat pengaruh antara gaya kepemimpinan transformasional , budaya organisasi dan komitmen secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Oto Multiartha Tangerang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut langkah yang perlu diambil oleh manajemen adalah meningkatkan kinerja karyawan melalui gaya kepemimpinan yang inspirative , budaya organisasi yang inovatif dan komitmen yang baik. Kata Kunci : gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi, komitmen , kinerja karyawan.
