Abstract

This research focuses on a monitoring system that can help monitor the activities carried out by members of the Central Jakarta Transportation Sub-dept. This study aims to produce an application that can facilitate the process of monitoring the performance of Central Jakarta Transportation Sub-dept. employees in carrying out their duties in the field. In this research, the application is made based on Android and uses the OpenStreetMap API to monitor where members are located and employee performance features, leaders can see the performance of their employees and the achievements that have been obtained in graphical form. Keywords— Android, Performance, Monitoring, OpenStreetMap. Penelitian ini berfokus pada sistem monitoring yang dapat membantu mengawasi aktivitas yang dilakukan anggota Suku Dinas Perhubungan Jakarta Pusat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan suatu aplikasi yang dapat memudahkan proses pengawasan kinerja pegawai Suku Dinas Perhubungan Jakarta Pusat dalam melaksankan tugasnya di lapangan. Pada penelitian ini, aplikasi yang dibuat berbasis Android dan menggunakan API OpenStreetMap untuk memantau dimana lokasi anggota berada dan fitur kinerja pegawai, pimpinan dapat melihat kinerja para pegawainya dan capaian-capaian yang telah didapat dalam bentuk grafik. Kata kunci— Android, Kinerja, Monitoring, OpenStreetMap.
