Abstract
Beton precast atau juga disebut beton pracetak merupakan bahan beton yang telah dibuat di pabrik dengan bentuk sesuai cetakan, kemudian beton yang dicetak tersebut akan diangkut dan dipasang ke tempat lokasi konstruksi bangunan. Beton pracetak adalah produk konstruksi yang dihasilkan oleh pengecoran beton dalam cetakan yang dapat digunakan kembali. Sebaliknya, beton standar/biasa dicor dan di-curing di lapangan. Dinding Precast merupakan salah satu bagian dari jenis beton precast. Dinding Precast dibuat untuk memudahkan dalam pengerjaan dari mulai pengerjaan dan waktu yang dibutuhkan. Pada proyek Apartement Emerald Bintaro, penggunaan dinding Precast ini dipilih karena mempertimbangkan beberapa faktor antara lain, penghematan waktu yang cukup signifikan sehingga dipilih dinding precast untuk menggantikan bahan yang lainnya.
