Abstract

In the modern era, language is one of the critical aspects that play an important role in the delivery of information. Without language, access and transaction of information between entities are impossible to achieve. In fact, Mandarin has been spoken by one-fifth of the people in the world as the first language. Mandarin also being recognized as the official language in the United Nations (UN). We often encounter, various mobile-based learning applications appear. Starting from science to vocational subjects. In this research study, the author is attempted to develop a mobile-based learning application on Android OS. Certain methods being used in this work of study are Software Prototyping and Black Box Testing. Keywords: Mobile Application, Android, Mandarin Language, Black Box Testing, Software Prototyping
