Abstract

The internet is a global network between computers to communicate from one region to another in the world. In the internet there are various kinds of information, both those that provide benefits and negative impacts. All information can be accessed via the internet. The problem is that teenagers as one of their internet users have not been able to sort out useful internet activities, and tend to be easily influenced by the social environment without first considering the positive or negative effects that will be received when performing certain internet activities. The purpose of this study is to find information, know and understand the influence of the internet on juvenile delinquency. I, as the writer, held a socialization about wise and useful internet use in the beautiful village ward located in the city of Tangerang, Banten. Around this village there is a village in RT 003 RW 002 which is the target of Community Service. Key words:Internet,Information Internet adalah jaringan global antar komputer untuk berkomunikasi dari suatu wilayah ke wilayahlain di belahan dunia.Dalam internet terdapat berbagai macam informasi, baik yang memberikan manfaatmaupun berdampak negatif.Semua informasi itu dapat diakses lewat internet. Yangmenjadi permasalahan bahwa para remaja sebagai salah satu pengguna internet mereka belum mampu memilahaktivitas internet yang bermanfaat, dan cenderung mudah terpengaruh oleh lingkungan sosial tanpamempertimbangkan terlebih dahulu efek positif atau negatif yang akan diterima saat melakukan aktivitasinternet tertentu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mencari informasi, mengetahui dan memahamipengaruh internet terhadap kenakalan remaja.Saya selaku penulis mengadakan soasialisasi mengenai penggunaan internet secara bijak dan bermanfaat di Larangan indah kelurahan yang terletak di kota Tangerang, Banten. Disekitar kelurahan ini terdapat sebuah perkampungan di RT 003 RW 002 yang menjadi target dari Pengabdian Masyarakat. Kata kunci:Internet,Informasi
