Abstract
ABSTRACT This research purpose is to the influence of Occupational Healt and Safety (OHS) with job performance to labor motivation. The research object is Yuri Indo Apparel PT labour in Bogor. With total respondents are eighty one respondent. The research using descriptive and quantitative methods. Base on those explanation, the analyis data used is statistic analysis on linier regretion test.Result of the research shows that the Occuptional Healt and Safety (OHS) are not influence to the labour Motivation significantly. But therre is influence to job performance for labour Motivation signnificantly. Then OHS and performance by simultaneous and partial are influence to the labour motivation significanlty. The keywords : Occupational Healt and Safety (OHS), performance, labour motivation ABSTRAK Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) dan Kinerja Kerja terhadap Motivasi karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Yuri Indo Apparel di Bogor, dengan responden sebsesar delapan puluh satu responden.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif Kuantitatif. Karena itu, analisa data yang digunakan adalah analisa statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linier. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara signifikasi Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) menunjukkan tidak adanya pengaruh signifikan terhadap Motivasi karyawan, sedangkan untuk Kinerja kerja menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikasi terhadap Motivasi karyawan. Kemudian Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) dan Kinerja secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh secara singnifikasi terhdap Motivasi Karyawan.
