Abstract
The use of attendance machines for attendance data information needs is still not optimal in terms of data integration with the Human Resources system. Because the process of taking attendance data from the machine must use another application or by downloading data using USB or Flash Disk from the Attendance machine. Therefore the information obtained from the attendance machine is still needed further processing so that it becomes valuable information in the decision making process. Fingerprint system integration with real time employee attendance is intended to provide data accuracy in calculating payroll. To integrate data from the attendance machine into the Human Resources system, use services that are installed on the local server that is connected to the attendance machine. This service will take data every minute, to be forwarded to the Web Server. Services are made with the Java language. To monitor these services through several APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) with Representational State Transfer (REST) technology. The limitations of this study are only data collection from attendance machines using Java services that will be forwarded into the MYSQL Database. The results of the study have made Services that can overcome the problem of Real-Time data attendance between the machine and the Human Resources system, based on performance evaluation in mean 4.73. so that data can be accessed in real-time and more safe.
