Abstract

As a service company that PT. Integrasi Logistik Cipta Solusi (PT. ILCS) provides digital seaport and maritime logistics services.PT. ILCS has a variety of product services so the customer complaint data obtained is very large. These customer complaints are accommodated on the web owned by PT. ILCS. But there are still continuously the same complaints, such as data compilation errors on applications used for customers. This is caused by human error. To overcome this problem, this study proposed the NDA (Network, Database, Application) product text classification technique for customer complaint data using word2vec with a decision tree algorithm. We define two labels which represent the complaint classification i.e application and non-application. The application is a customer complaint that requires handling in the field of application, and the non-application is a customer complaint in other fields, such as networks, databases, and so on. The output obtained in the form of NDA data product classification aims to minimize the same complaints in the future. The accuracy obtained with the best performance is equal to 81%. Integrasi Logistik Cipta Solusi merupakan perusahaan jasa yang menyediakan layanan digital seaport dan maritime logistics suatu perusahaan. PT.ILCS memiliki layanan produk yang beragam, sehingga data keluhan pelanggan yang didapatkan pun sangat besar. Keluhan pelanggan tersebut ditampung dalam web yang telah dimiliki oleh PT.ILCS. Namun masih terdapat keluhan yang sama secara berulang, seperti kesalahan pengimputan data pada aplikasi yang digunakakan untuk customer, hal ini sebabkan karena human error. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, penelitian ini mengusulkan teknik klasifikasi text produk NDA data keluhan pelanggan menggunakan word2vec dengan algoritma Decision Tree. Label yang dimiliki adalah application dan non application. Dimana application adalah keluhan pelanggan yang memerlukan penanganan dalam bidang aplikasi, dan non application adalah keluhan pelanggan dalam bidang lain, seperti jaringan, database, dan sebagainya. Hasil keluaran yang didapatkan berupa klasifikasi produk NDA data yang bertujuan untuk meminimalisir keluhan yang sama di kemudian hari. Akurasi yang didapatkan dengan kinerja terbaik yaitu sebesar 86%. Kata kunci: Klasifikasi Text, Decision Tree, Machine Learning, Integrasi Logistik Cipta Solusi
