Abstract

This Research illustrates the flow system of payment on the credit card business at PT Bank “X”. The Purpose of this research was to analyze the process of payment and the operational team role and reconciliation function in the payment process. This Research was using of the descriptive quantitative. The result of the research shows the role of operational team in minimizing financial risk to companies and credit card holders.
