Abstract

The asset management system at Pt Bollore Logistics is currently still being carried out manually, so there are still frequent information errors. With this error of information, the Pt Bollore Logistics asset manager is not well controlled, because asset management is basically still done with Excel and manual. In this case the alternative circuit is to create a Web-based asset management system with the Waterfall method. The Asset Management System is designed to overcome the asset placement that will be used by usser. The Waterfall Method is chosen by the writer using the Waterfall method according to Rosa and M Shalahuddin (2013: 28) The SDLC model of waterfall is often also called a linear sequential (classic life cycle) model. The waterfall model provides a sequential or sequential software lifecycle approach starting from analysis, design, coding, testing, and supporting stages. Creating a draft Management Asset Management system for goods that is expected to help and accelerate the process of making reports on the use IT assets of goods and reduce information errors so that it will produce reports that can be accounted for. Key words: Information System,Asset Management With The Waterfall Method. Sistem management asset di Pt Bollore Logistics pada saat ini masih dilaksanakan secara manual ,dengan demikian masih sering terjadinya kesalahan informasi.Dengan kesalahan kesalahan informasi tersebut,mengakibatkan pengelola asset di Pt Bollore Logistics menjadi tidak terkontrol dengan baik,karena pada dasarnya Management Asset masih dilakukan dengan Excel dan manual.Dalam hal ini rangkaian alternatifnya dengan membuat sistem management asset berbasis Web dengan metode Waterfall.Sistem Management Asset dirancang untuk mengatasi peletakan asset IT yang akan digunakan oleh staff.Metode Waterfall dipilih pengembangan penulis menngunakan metode Air terjun (WaterFall) Menurut Rosa dan M. Shalahuddin (2013:28) Model SDLC air terjun (waterfall) sering juga disebut model sekuensial linier (sequential linier) atau alur hidup klasik (classic life cycle).Model air terjun menyediakan pendekatan alur hidup perangkat lunak secara sekuential atau terurut dimulai dari analisis, desain, pengkodean, pengujian, dan tahap pendukung (support). Membuat suatu rancangan Sistem Management Asset pengelolaan barang yang diharapkan dapat membantu dan mempercepat proses pembuatan laporan pemakaian asset IT serta mengurangi kesalahan informasi sehingga akan menghasilkan laporan-laporan yang dapat dipertanggungjawabkan.
