Abstract
ABSTRAK Gangguan penyediaan tenaga listrik tidak dikehendaki oleh siapa pun, tetapi merupakan kenyataan yang tidak dapat dihindarkan. Oleh karenanya usaha-usaha perlu dilakukan untuk mengurangi jumlah gangguan. Kalaupun gangguan terjadi, usaha-usaha untuk mengurangi lama pemadaman, mengurangi luas zona padam dan mempercepat waktu pemulihan sistem juga sangat perlu dilakukan. Guna mengatasi gangguan, PT PLN UP3 Ciracas memasang Circuit Breaker Out Going (CBOG) di gardu distribusi pada segmen penyulang Gagah. CBOG tersebut diharapkan menjadi proteksi awal sebelum PMT di gardu induk. Apabila terjadi gangguan yang berasal dari arah bawah penyulang Gagah diharapkan CBOG dapat trip dan memutus aliran daya. Sehingga tidak menjatuhkan pemutus tenaga (PMT) di gardu induk dan jaringan arah atas penyulang Gagah tidak ikut padam. Dengan demikian mempersempit luas zona pemadaman. Dua indeks keandalan yang digunakan PT PLN (Persero) dalam menilai kinerja sistem pendistribusian tenaga listrik yaitu Indeks Frekuensi Pemadaman Rata-Rata (SAIFI) dan Indeks Lama Pemadaman Rata-Rata (SAIDI). Pemasangan CBOG pada Penyulang Gagah menjadi Analisa Penggunaan CBOG pada Penyulang Gagah terhadap Pengurangan Nilai SAIFI dan SAIDI. Kata Kunci : Gangguan, Circuit Breaker Out Going (CBOG), SAIDI, SAIFI ABSTRACT Electricity supply disruptions are not wanted by anyone, but it is an unavoidable reality. Therefore efforts should be made to reduce the amount of disturbance. Even if disturbances occur, efforts to reduce the length of outages, reduce the UP3 of extinguished zones and speed up system recovery time are also very necessary. To overcome the disruption, PT PLN UP3 Ciracas installed Circuit Breaker Out Going (CBOG) in the distribution substation in the Gagah feeder segment. The CBOG is expected to be the initial protection before PMT at the main station. In the event of interference originating from the bottom of the dashing feeder, CBOG is expected to be able to trip and cut off power flow. So as not to drop the power breaker (PMT) at the main station and the direction network over the Gagah feeder does not go out. Thereby narrowing the UP3 of the blackout zone. Two reliability indices used by PT PLN (Persero) in assessing the performance of the electricity distribution system are the Average Outage Frequency Index (SAIFI) and the Average Outage Duration Index (SAIDI).
