Abstract

ABSTRAK Transformator merupakan peralatan utama yang terdapat pada gardu induk, makan diperlukan Peralatan proteksi pada transformator fungsinya adalah melindungi transformator agar terhindar dari kerusakan apabila terjadi gangguan. Salah satu permasalahan yang ada di gardu induk adalah gangguan hubung singkat ke tanah pada sisi sekunder transformator atau sisi penyulang distribusi yang menyebabkan rele REF 20kV bekerja dan mengakibatkan transformator padam. Hal ini disebut dengan kesalahan kordinasi kerja rele. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penyebab kesalahan kerja rele REF dan menemukan skema proteksi yang tepat pada rele REF. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data setting rele REF eksisting dan membandingkanya dengan perhitungan secara manual, kemudian dengan menganalisa penempatan CT Netral dan CT Incoming. Ditemukan bahwa penempatan CT Neutral 20kV diantara NGR dengan titik pentanahan tidak sesuai dengan filosofi rele REF yang seharusnya tidak melindungi gangguan pada NGR. Reposisi CT Neutral diantara titik netral dengan NGR di Trafo 1 GI Gandaria perlu dilakukan untuk menyesuaikan filosofi kerja rele REF. Kata kunci: Gangguan ,CT Neutral, CT Incoming, REF ABSTRACT Transformer is the main equipment needed at the substation, so feeding equipment is needed. Protection equipment for the transformer has a function to request the transformer to avoid damage caused by interference. One of the problems at the substation is the short circuit breakdown to the ground on the secondary side of the transformer or the distribution feeder side which causes the 20kV REF relay to work and work using a transformer outages. This is called a relay work coordination error. The purpose of this study was to determine the causes of REF work errors and find an appropriate protection estimate on the REF relay. The study was conducted by collecting data settings from existing REF and comparing them with manual calculations, then by analyzing the placement of CT Neutral and CT Incoming. Finding a 20kV Neutral CT placement between NGR and ground point does not match the REF release philosophy that does not apply to monitoring on NGR. A neutral CT reposition between the neutral point and NGR in Transformer 1 GI Gandaria needs to be done to adjust the work philosophy of the REF relay.
