Abstract
The Province Goverment of DKI Jakarta have plan to build macro transportation for the citizen to reduce traffic jam. The general plan Macro transportation is monorail,subway under planning and Busway operated since 15 January 2004 This Study uses descriptive analysis, Importance Performance Analysis, Using nonparametric statistic an Friedman test. Five dimensions on consumer’s satisfaction are investigated in this study. They are applied in the case of Jakarta Bus Rapid Transit System (Busway) Koridor IV &VII., this study found that, in general, the responsiveness and tangible is the least satisfying dimension and assurance is the most satisfying one in the eyes of the consumers. Key word: Busway,expectation, satisfaction analysis Pemerintah provinsi lalu DKI Jakarta menggagas untuk membuat sarana transportasi makro bagi penduduk Jakarta guna mengurangi kemacetan yang ada. Gagasan transportasi makro yang dicanangkan antara lain adalah; Monorail , Subway yang masih direncanakan, dan Busway atau Trans Jakarta yang sudah beroperasi sejak 15 Januari 2004 . Didalam penelitian ini digunakan beberapa alat analisis antara lain analisa diksriptif, Importance Performance Analysis, serta uji non statistik parametik Friedman. Ada lima dimensi kepuasan konsumen yang akan diteliti dalam penelitian ini dengan Studi kasus di Transjakarta Busway Koridor IV&VII. Didalam penelitian ini diketahui responsiveness dan Tangible menurut pengguna kurang memuaskan dan assurance dimata pengguna dianggap paling memuaskan. Kata Kunci : Busway, Harapan. Analisa Kepuasan
