Abstract
ABSTRAK Penilitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan kuantitas suku cadang sanitary lobe pump yang harus dipesan setiap kali pemesanan, menentukan titik pemesanan kembali pada suku cadang sanitary lobe pump, menentukan jumlah persediaan pengaman suku cadang sanitary lobe pump, menentukan jumlah persediaan maksimum suku cadang sanitary lobe pump dan menentukan total biaya persediaan suku cadang sanitary lobe pump. Pada penelitian ini metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) untuk mendapatkan kuantitas pemesanan yang optimal dan mengetahui total biaya persediaannya. Dan juga dengan Reorder Point untuk mendapatkan titik pemesanan kembali dan jumlah persediaan pengaman. Hasil penelitian ini adalah kuantitas pesanan Bearing NTN 6806 ZZ sebanyak 162 pcs dengan titik pemesanan kembali 90 pcs, persediaan pengaman 45 pcs dan total biaya persediaan Rp 7.401.841,38. Kuantitas pesanan Oil Seal 30x42x8 sebanyak 44 pcs dengan titik pemesanan kembali 33 pcs, persediaan pengaman 15 pcs dan total biaya persediaan Rp 7.401.883,15. Kuantitas pesanan Oring Viton 3.5x25x32 mm sebanyak 122 pcs dengan titik pemesanan kembali 107 pcs, persediaan pengaman 58 pcs dan total biaya persediaan Rp 7.401.834,20. Kuantitas pesanan Bearing IKO LRT 202530 sebanyak 18 pcs dengan titik pemesanan kembali 42 pcs, persediaan pengaman 25 pcs dan total biaya persediaan Rp 7.402.740,00. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pengendalian persediaan suku cadang sanitary lobe pump menggunakan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) lebih optimal dan efisien dari pada pengendalian persediaan suku cadang sanitary lobe pump dengan metode konvensional yang ditetapkan perusahaan saat ini. And also with Reorder Point to get the point of reorder and the amount of safety stock. This research concludes that the control of sanitary lobe pump spare parts using Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method is more optimal and efficient than the controlling of sanitary lobe pump spare parts stock with conventional method determined by the company at this time.
