Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the relationship between learning agility and work collaboration, Learning Agility, namely the willingness and ability of individuals to adjust themselves to face a change by using their experience quickly and being able to meet all the demands of change while collaboration is the role of individuals in organizing, forming work groups, make a strategy, delegate a task that is done together - together. The sample of this study is employees of a testing industry, amounting to 104 consisting of men totaling 65 respondents and women totaling 39 respondents, in this study using random sampling, data analyzed using ANOVA, there is a relationship between the role of learning agility in the course of a collaboration, there are differences in the level of work collaboration in the age range at PT.X. where some employees aged 35 - 40 have a high collaboration work,The level of collaboration of PT.X employees is in the medium category. Keyword : Learning agility, Collaboration, employees Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan learning agility dengan work collaboration, Learning agility yaitu kemauan dan kemampuan individu dalam menyesuaikan dirinya dalam menghadapi suatu perubahan dengan menggunakan pengalamannya dengan cepat dan mampu memenuhi segala tuntutan perubahan sedangkan kolaborasi yaitu peran individu dalam mengatur, membentuk kelompok kerja, membuat strategi, mendelegasikan suatu tugas yang dilakukan secara bersama - sama. sample penelitian ini adalah karyawan dari sebuah industri pengujian yang berjumlah 104 terdiri dari pria berjumlah 65 responden dan wanita berjumlah 39 responden, dalam penelitian ini menggunakan random sampling, data dianalisis menggunakan ANOVA, terdapat hubungan peran learning agility dalam jalannya suatu kolaborasi, terdapat perbedaan tingkat work collaboration pada rentang usia di PT.X. dimana sebagian karyawan yang berusia 35 – 40 Thn memiliki works collaboration yang tinggi yang artinya karyawan pada kelompok usia 35 – 40 tahun mampu mendelegasikan tugas dan mampu menjembatani berbagai perspektif yang berbeda. Rata-rata tingkat kolaborasi karyawan PT.X berada dalam kategori sedang. Kata Kunci : Learning agility, Collaboration, Karyawan
