Abstract

This research aims to analyze the correlation between forgiveness and resilience women victims of sexual harassment. Type of this research is quantitative by use correlation test analyze. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires and use accidental sampling techniques. The results of the study are, there is positive correlation between forgiveness and resillience to women victims of sexual harassment with correlations value of 0,188. Generaly when the forgiveness increases, then the level of resillience there will also increases. Key words: Forgiveness, Resillience and Women Victims of Sexual Harassment Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara pemaafan terhadap resiliensi pada wanita korban pelecehan seksual. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis uji korelasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner dan menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Hasil penelitian yang didapat adalah adanya hubungan positif antara pemaafan dan Resiliensi pada wanita korban pelecehan seksual dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0.188. secara umum ketika tingkat pemaafan pada wanita korban pelecehan seksual meningkat, maka tingkat resiliensi pada diri mereka juga meningkat. Kata Kunci : Pemaafan, Resiliensi, Wanita Korban Pelecehan Seksual
