Abstract
This study aims to determine the relationship between compensation and work motivation with teacher performance in the IGRA (Raudhatul Athfal Teacher Association) Kalideres West Jakarta sub-district. The sample in this study amounted to 113 teachers from 40 schools in Kalideres. From the results of the compensation on teacher performance known correlation coefficient of 0.539 with a significance value of 0.000 (p <0.05), showed that there is a significant positive relationship between compensation and teacher performance. This can be interpreted that the more satisfied teachers with the compensation they get, the higher the perceived performance. Otherwise, the more dissatisfied the teacher is with the compensation obtained, the lower the performance felt by the teacher on the teacher's performance. The correlation value obtained in the real salary received by the teacher on the teacher's performance obtained a correlation coefficient of 0.148 with a significance value of 0.117 (p> 0.05) which indicates that there is no relationship between the Real Salary with Teacher Performance. Meanwhile, the result of work motivation on teacher performance known correlation coefficient of 0.502 with a significance value of 0.000 (p <0.05), which showed that there is a significant positive relationship between work motivation and teacher performance. This can be interpreted that the higher the work motivation, the higher the teacher's performance, and vice versa, the lower of work motivation, the lower the teacher's performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kompensasi dengan kinerja guru dan hubungan motivasi kerja dengan kinerja guru dalam organisasi IGRA (Ikatan Guru Raudhatul Athfal) kecamatan Kalideres Jakarta Barat. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 113 guru dari 40 sekolah di Kalideres. Dari hasil penelitian variabel kompensasi terhadap kinerja guru diketahui koefisien korelasi dari sebesar 0.539 dengan nilai signifikansi 0.000 (p < 0.05), yang menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara kompensasi dengan kinerja guru. Hal ini dapat diartikan bahwa semakin puas guru terhadap kompensasi yang didapat, maka semakin tinggi juga kinerja yang dirasakan. Sebaliknya, semakin tidak puas guru terhadap kompensasi yang didapat, maka semakin rendah pula kinerja yang dirasakan oleh guru terhadap kinerja guru. Diketahui bahwa nilai korelasi yang di dapat alam Gaji nyata yang diterima oleh guru terhadap Kinerja guru didapatkan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,148 dengan nilai signifikansi 0.117 (p > 0,05) yang menunjukan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan antara Gaji Nyata dengan Kinerja Guru. Sementara itu dari hasil penelitian variabel motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru diketahui koefisien korelasi dari sebesar 0.502 dengan nilai signifikansi 0.000 (p < 0.05), yang menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara motivasi kerja dengan kinerja guru. Hal ini dapat diartikan bahwa semakin tinggi motivasi kerja maka semakin tinggi kinerja gurunya, begitu pula sebaliknya, semakin rendah motivasi kerja, maka semakin rendah kinerja guru.
