Abstract

ABSTRAK Di era moderenisasi seperti sekarang ini hampir semua individu membutuhkan akses serba cepat, salah satu nya antrian customer service pada bank, yang mana antrian yang diinginkan adalah tidak harus menunggu terlalu lama dan tidak perlu mengisi form yang ada pada bank. Untuk itu dibuat suatu alat Rancang Bangun Antrian Customer Service Bank Dengan RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) Berbasis Arduino. Alat ini meggunakan RFID reader MFRC522 dan RFID tag proximity, microsoft visual studio sebagai aplikasi pemilihan jenis transaksi, pengambilan nomor antrian dan penampilan data nasabah. Alat ini juga menggunakan database sebagai pusat penyimpanan data nasabah yang akan dipanggil sesuai kode unik RFID tag. Saat nasabah datang akan diarahkan ke PC untuk memilih jenis transaksi yang akan dilakukan dan menempelkan RFID tag ke RFID reader nasabah untuk mendapatkan nomor antrian. Setelah itu nasabah dipanggil oleh customer service dan menempelkan RFID tag pada RFID reader pada customer service, jenis transaksi nasabah akan muncul pada PC cutomer service, selanjutnya verifikasi dan layanan. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah alat ini mampu mempercepat proses antrian customer service pada bank dengan waktu rata-rata 3,5 menit dengan selisih waktu 2,12 menit dari waktu rata-rata antrian manual sebesar 5,17 menit. Dari banyak nasabah yang dilayani perhari menggunakan alat ini dapat melayani lebik kurang 144 nasabah dengan selisi nasabah 57 orang dari antrian manual kurang lebih sebanyak 87 orang. Secara keseluruhan dapat disimpulkan bahwa rata-rata antrian menggunakan alat ini lebih cepat dibandingkan mengguankan antrian manual dan dapat melayani nasabah lebih banyak. Kata Kunci : RFID,ATMega328, Microsoft Visual Studio C#, Database MYSQL (PHP MyAdmin) ABSTRACT In the modernization era, as now almost all individuals need fast-paced access, one of them is the customer service queue at the bank, where the desired queue is not having to wait too long and not need to fill out the forms in the bank. For this purpose, an Arduino-based Bank Customer Queue Design and Queuing Design and Radio Frequency Identification Tool was built. This tool uses RFID reader MFRC522 and RFID proximity tags, Microsoft Visual Studio as an application for selecting transaction types, taking queue numbers and displaying customer data. This tool also uses a database as a customer data storage center that will be called according to the unique RFID tag code. When customers arrive they will be directed to a PC to choose the type of transaction to be carried out and attach an RFID tag to the customer's RFID reader to get a queue number. After that the customer is called by the customer service and attach the RFID tag to the RFID reader on the customer service, the type of customer transaction will appear on the cutomer service PC, then verification and service. The results obtained are that this tool is able to accelerate the process of customer service queues at banks with an average time of 3.5 minutes with a difference of 2.12 minutes from the average time of manual queues of 5.17 minutes. Of the many customers served per day using this tool can serve more than 144 customers with a customer selection of 57 people from the manual queue of approximately 87 people. Overall it can be concluded that the average queue using this tool is faster than using the manual queue and can serve more customers.
