Abstract

ABSTRAK Pemasangan Panel langsung dekat dengan trafo distribusi sehingga kendala lahan dan potensi kecelakaan umum dapat diminimalisir. S.E.R merupakan inovasi Perangkat Hubung Bagi Teganan Rendah (PHBTR) untuk menjawab tantangan kedepan. Keuntungan lainnya dari pemasangan diatas adalah lebih ekonomis dari sisi investasi (hemat 40%) dan operasi (susut) karena kebutuhan kabel power yang lebih sedikit. S.E.R berbahan Polyester dan water proof IP 65 sehingga anti karat dan anti air. Panel ini menggunakan Moulded Case Circuit Breaker (MCCB) sebagai pembatas utama dan jurusan sehingga dapat dipakai berulang. Cara pengoperasian ON OFF dengan menggerakkan tuas yg terhubung dengan MCCB menggunakan stick. Untuk mempermudah pengukuran dan menambah fitur emergency trip, maka dapat ditambahkan panel untuk Metering dibawahnya. Dengan pemasangan S.E.R PHBTR, PT. PLN (Persero) akan mendapatkan beberapa keuntungan yakni pemasangan yang mudah tidak terkendala lahan, lebih safety terhadap masyarakat umum, lebih hemat investasi, dan panel yang reliabel karena terbuat dari bahan non logam. Kata kunci : PHBTR, MCCB, Polyester, S.E.R, Tegangan Rendah, Waterproof, IP 65. ABSTRACT Panel installation is directly close to the distribution transformer so that land constraints and the potential for general accidents can be minimized. S.E.R is an innovative Connectivity Device for Low Stance (PHBTR) to answer future challenges. Another advantage of the above installation is more economical in terms of investment (saving 40%) and operation (shrinkage) because of the need for less power cables. S.E.R is made from Polyester and water proof IP 65 so it is anti-rust and waterproof. This panel uses Molded Case Circuit Breaker (MCCB) as the main boundary and direction so that it can be used repeatedly. How to operate ON OFF by moving the lever connected to the MCCB using the stick. To simplify the measurement and add to the emergency trip feature, a panel for Metering below can be added. With the installation of S.E.R PHBTR, PT. PLN (Persero) will get several benefits, namely easy installation that is not constrained by land, more safety for the general public, more efficient investment, and reliable panels because they are made of non-metal materials.
