Abstract
This study aims to determine the relationship between love and marriage satisfaction in different cultures couples (ethnic differences) in Directorate General of Taxation in Jakarta Region. The number of participants in this study was 68 respondents. The sampling technique in this study uses accidental sampling. Marital satisfaction will be measured using ENRICH (Evaluation and Nurturing Relationship Issues, Communication and Happiness) Marital Satisfaction (EMS) Scale and love will be measured using the Stenberg Triangular Love Scale (STLS) measurement. The analysis technique of this research uses a quantitative method with Spearman correlation. The results of this study indicate the value of r 0.725 and p 0.000, which means that the correlation between love and marriage satisfaction is high and there is a relationship between love and marriage satisfaction. The conclusion from this study is that there is a significant positive relationship between love and marriage satisfaction. Keywords: Marriage Satisfaction, Love, Cross Cultural (Suku) Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara cinta dan kepuasan pernikahan pada pasangan beda budaya (beda suku) di Direktorat Jenderal Pajak wilayah Jakarta. Jumlah partisipan pada penelitian ini adalah 68 responden. Teknik sampling dalam penelitian ini memakai teknik accidental sampling. Kepuasan pernikahan akan diukur memakai alat ukur ENRICH (Evaluation and Nurturing Relationship Issues, Communication and Happiness) Marital Satisfaction (EMS) Scale dan cinta akan diukur memakai alat ukur Stenberg Triangular Love Scale (STLS). Teknik analisis penelitian ini memakai metode kuantitatif dengan korelasi Spearman. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan nilai r 0,725 dan p 0,000 yang artinya nilai korelasi cinta dengan kepuasan pernikahan tinggi dan terdapat hubungan antara cinta dan kepuasan pernikahan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan positif signifikan antara cinta dan kepuasan pernikahan. Kata Kunci: Kepuasan Pernikahan, Cinta, Beda Budaya (Suku)
