Abstract
This research is done to find out about the relation between Learning Agility and Collaboration Ability in Creative Industry workers. The hypothesis of this research is the relation between Learning Agility and Collaboration Ability in Creative Industry workers, with the assumption that the higher a Creative Industry's Learning Agility level, the higher the Collaborative Ability as well. On the contrary, the lower the Learning Agility level, the lower the Collaborative Ability in a Creative Industry. The sampling of this research uses a saturated sample method where a population used as a sample as a whole with 101 employees working in a Creative Industry as total respondents. The analysis used is Pearson's product-moment correlation technique, and it produces a correlation coefficient as big as 0.639 at a significant rate of 0.000 (p<0.05). This means if anything were to happen to the increment of one of the variables it will be followed by an increase in other variables. In this research, if there happens to be an increase in the Learning Agility variable, it will be followed by an increase in the Collaboration variable, this the higher the Learning Agility in a Creative Industry, the higher the Collaborative ability. Correlation test results between Learning Agility dimensions and Collaboration dimensions show that the dimension that has the highest significant level are the dimensions of mental agility with teamwork and cooperation. Other discoveries from this research show that there is no difference in terms of Learning Agility and collaboration in terms of gender, age, education level, job position, and work experience. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan Learning Agility dengan Kemampuan Kolaborasi pada Pegawai di Perusahaan Kreatif. Hipotesis penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan Learning Agility dengan kemampuan Kolaborasi pada Pegawai di Perusahaan Kreatif. Dengan adanya asumsi, yaitu semakin tinggi Learning Agility pada Perusahaan Kreatif maka semakin tinggi kemampuan Kolaborasi. Begitu juga sebaliknya semakin rendah Learning Agility maka akan semakin rendah kemampuan kolaborasi pada pegawai di Perusahaan Kreatif. Pengambilan sampel penelitian menggunakan metode sampel jenuh dimana populasi yang digunakan sebagai sampel secara keseluruhan dengan total responden penelitian ini adalah 101 pegawai di Perusahaan Kreatif. Analisa yang digunakan adalah Teknik korelasi product moment Pearson dan menghasilkan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.639 pada taraf signifikan sebesar 0.000 (p<0.05). Ini berarti apabila terjadi peningkatan pada salah satu variabel maka akan diikuti peningkatan pada variabel lain. Pada penelitian ini apabila terjadi peningkatan variabel Learning Agility maka akan diikuti peningkatan variabel Kolaborasi yaitu semakin tinggi Learning Agility pada Perusahaan Kreatif maka semakin tinggi kemampuan Kolaborasi. Hasil uji korelasi antar dimensi Learning Agility dan dimensi Kolaborasi dimensi yang memiliki tingkat signifikan paling tinggi adalah dimensi mental agility dengan team work and cooperation. Temuan lain dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa, tidak terdapat perbedaan Learning Agility dan kolaborasi berdasarkan jenis kelamin, usia, pendidikan, jabatan, dan lama bekerja.
