Abstract

ABSTRAK Baterai pada PLC mesin produksi digunakan sebagai backup power untuk memory PLC ketika mesin dimatikan supaya data yang tersimpan di memory tidak hilang. Tegangan baterai PLC tidak boleh melemah dari kapasitas standardnya supaya data pada memory PLC tidak hilang. Sehingga dibuatlah alat untuk monitor tegangan baterai PLC mesin produksi melalui jaringan lokal. Alat ini bertujuan memantau nilai tegangan pada baterai PLC menggunakan perangkat seperti komputer,laptop atau smartphone yang terhubung pada jaringan lokal secara nirkabel. Alat ini menggunakan mikrokontroller NodeMCU ESP8266 yang sudah memiliki module wifi, kemudian sensor tegangan digunakan sebagai input yang membaca nilai tegangan kemudian ditambahkan relay module sebagai switching pengecekan dari 2 sumber tegangan yang berbeda pada satu buah analog input. Hasil dari penelitian ini sensor tegangan dapat membaca nilai tegangan baterai dari 3.67 sampai 3.72 VDC dan didapat nilai error rata-rata pada PLC-1 sebesar 0.01025 Volt dan PLC-2 sebesar 0.01075 Volt yang menunjukkan bahwa sensor memiliki tingkat akurasi yang tinggi. Sementara untuk proses pemantauan sensor berjalan dengan lancar tanpa ada kendala. Kata kunci : PLC, Mesin Poduksi, Baterai PLC, Jaringan Lokal , Sensor Tegangan, NodeMCU, ESP8266 ABSTRACT The battery in the production machine PLC is used as backup power for PLC memory when the machine is turned off so that data stored in memory is not lost. PLC battery voltage must not be weaker than its standard capacity so that data in PLC memory is not lost. So it was made a tool to monitor the battery voltage of PLC production machines through the local network. This tool aims to monitor the voltage value on the PLC battery using devices such as computers, laptops or smartphones that are connected to the local network wirelessly. This tool uses a NodeMCU ESP8266 microcontroller which already has a WiFi module, then a voltage sensor is used as an input that reads the voltage value then a relay module is added as a switching check from 2 different voltage sources on one analog input. The results of this study voltage sensors can read battery voltage values from 3.67 to 3.72 VDC and obtained an average error value on PLC-1 of 0.01025 Volts and PLC-2 of 0.01075 Volts which indicates that the sensor has a high degree of accuracy.
