Abstract

Abstrak Pengoperasian air bersih yang masih menggunakan system manual, di PT.Electronic City Indonesia yang mengakibatkan seringnya air bersih terbuang karena operator lupa dan telat dalam mematikan pompa air bersih tersebut. hal ini mengakibatkan pemborosan dalam memanfaatkan penggunaan air bersih. Berdasarkan masalah di atas penulis mencoba merancang membuat alat system pemaksimalan penampungan air bersih menggunakan WLC OMRON 61F-G. agar pengoperasian pompanya bisa bekerja dengan automatis agar tidak ada lagi masalah operator lupa atau telat dalam pengoperasiannya. dan untuk mengurangi rusaknya lingkungan akibat ekploitasi air tanah secara berlebihan. Dari system yang di buat dengan memanfaatkan system control WLC (Water Level Control ) dan dengan menggunakan kontaktor sebagai kontak bantunya untuk menghidupkan pompanya. alat yang dirancang berfungsi dengan baik sesuai dengan yang di harapkan. Dimana pompa yang awalnya bekerja secara manual sekarang sudah bisa bekerja secara automatis. Kata Kunci : Air Bersih, WLC, Manual, Automatis, Abstract The operation of clean water which still uses a manual system, at PT. Electronic City Indonesia, which resulted in frequent clean water being wasted because the operator forgot and was late in shutting down the clean water pump. this results in waste in utilizing the use of clean water. Based on the problem above, the writer tries to design to make a tool for maximizing clean water reservoirs using WLC OMRON 61F-G. so that the operation of the pump can work automatically so that there are no more problems the operator forgets or is late in operating. and to reduce environmental damage due to excessive exploitation of ground water. From the system that is made by utilizing the WLC (Water Level Control) control system and by using the contactor as its contact contact to start the pump. the tool designed to function properly as expected. Where the pump that originally worked manually now can work automatically. Keywords: Clean Water, WLC, Manual, Automatic.
