Abstract
ABSTRAK Kebutuhan listrik dewasa ini kian meningkat, Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Air sebagai energi listrik dengan putaran turbin distabilkan oleh sistem governor yang dilengkapi servo amplifier sebagai buffer amplifier serta voltage regulator terhadap servo valve. Hal yang sering terjadi ketika servo amplifier mempunyai beban lebih adalah menurunnya kinerja servo amplifier sehingga terjadinya jammed (macet) pada amplifier. Penambahan rangkaian pembangkit pulsa IC LM555 merupakan solusi yang baik untuk mengatasi penurunan kinerja servo amplifier. Pada penelitian ini, dilakukan simulasi pembangkit pulsa timer LM555 pada servo amplifier dimana melakukan perhitungan frekuensi output LM555 menggunakan aplikasi LabVIEW dan melakukan simulasi desain pembangkit pulsa menggunakan software NI Multisim 12. Hasil simulasi dibandingkan dengan hasil perhitungan untuk mendapatkan nilai spesifikasi frekuensi output timer LM555 yang baik. Dari hasil simulasi didapat nilai frekuensi output timer LM555 sehingga dapat dianalisa pengaruh range frekuensi output timer LM555 terhadap getaran pada servo amplifier. Dari hasil simulasi frekuensi output timer LM555 yaitu 35,83 Hz ~ 71,26 Hz dengan periode 27,91 ms - 14,03 ms menunjukan bahwa sesuai spesifikasi frekuensi output LM555. Berdasarkan hasil simulasi, Besar range frekuensi output dengan tegangan input servo amplifier ± 10 V dihasilkan tegangan output ±2,03 V dengan nilai arus ± 81 mA, menunjukkan bahwa sesuai spesifikasi servo amplifier. Besar frekuensi yang dihasilkan mempengaruhi getaran servo amplifier agar tidak terjadi jammed (macet). Aksi buka/tutup servovalve 0-100% dapat bekerja optimal sehingga kehandalan kinerja servo amplifier dapat terjaga. Kata Kunci : Servo Amplifier, IC LM555, Pembangkit Pulsa, LabVIew, NI Multisim. ABSTRACT Today's electricity demand is increasing, Hydroelectric Power Plant as electrical energy with turbine rotation is stabilized by a governor system equipped with a servo amplifier as a buffer amplifier and a voltage regulator for the servo valve. What often happens when a servo amplifier has an overload is a decrease in the performance of the servo amplifier so that jammed (jammed) on the amplifier. The addition of the LM555 IC pulse generator circuit is a good solution to overcome the decrease in servo amplifier performance. In this study, the LM555 timer pulse generator simulation was performed on a servo amplifier where the LM555 output frequency was calculated using the LabVIEW application and simulated the pulse generator design using the NI Multisim 12 software. The simulation results were compared with the calculation results to get a good LM555 timer output frequency specification . From the simulation results, the LM555 timer output frequency values can be analyzed so that the influence of the LM555 timer output frequency range on vibrations in the servo amplifier. From the simulation results of the LM555 timer output frequency that is 35.83 Hz ~ 71.26 Hz with a period of 27.91 ms - 14.03 ms shows that according to the LM555 output frequency specifications. Based on the simulation results, a large range of output frequencies with ± 10 V servo input voltage generated output voltage ± 2.03 V with a current value of ± 81 mA, indicating that the servo amplifier specifications are appropriate. The resulting frequency affects the vibration of the servo amplifier so jammed does not occur. Servalve 0-100% open / close action can work optimally so that the servo amplifier performance reliability can be maintained. Keywords : Servo Amplifier, IC LM555, Pulse, LabVIew, NI Multisim.
