Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of the Profitability Factor, Asset Structure and Growth Opprtunity on Capital Structure. The population in this study are property and real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2014 - 2018. The technique used in sample selection was purposive sampling and obtained as many as 23 property and real estate companies out of a total of 48 populations, with periods research for five years, so that as many as 115 observational objects can be in this study. The analysis was done by testing the hypothesis in this study using the Panel Dara Regression with the support of the Eviews 9.0 program. The results showed a significant level of 5% showed that profitability had a significant effect, asset structure had no effect and growth opportunity had a significant effect. Keywords: Capital Structure, Profitability, Asset Structure, Growth Opportunity, Property and Real Estate Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Faktor Profitabilitas, Struktur Aktiva, dan Growth Opprtunity terhadap Struktur Modal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor property dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2014 – 2018. Teknik yang dilakukan dalam pemilihan sampel adalah purposive sampling dan diperoleh sebanyak 23 perusahaan property dan real estate dari total 48 populasi, dengan periode penelitian selama lima tahun, sehingga di dapat sebanyak 115 objek observasil dalam penelitian ini. Analisis dilakukan dengan pengujian hipotesis yang dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Regresi Dara Panel dengan dukungan program Eviews 9,0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pada tingkat signifikan sebesar 5% menunjukan bahwa Profitabilitas berpengaruh signifikan, struktur aset tidak berpengaruh dan growth opprtunity berpengaruh signifikan.
