Abstract

RANCANG BANGUN KONTROL SUHU RUANG TRAFO MENGGUNAKAN SENSOR THERMOCOUPLE TYPE K DENGAN APLIKASI ANDROID ABSTRAK Fitur teknologi dalam smartphone memungkinkan pengguna mengeksplorasi perangkat tersebut hingga ke ranah aplikatif, memudahkan pengguna dalam beraktifitas. Dalam dunia kerja misalnya, pengaturan suhu dalam ruangan trafo pada gedung industri. Pengaturan suhu pada ruangan trafo digunakan untuk meminimalisir suhu panas yang timbul dari unit trafo yang tentunya sangat mempengaruhi kinerja dan usia trafo. Dengan adanya perancangan alat ini nantinya diharapkan dapat memudahkan untuk melakukan pengecekan dan perawatan rutin transformator tanpa harus masuk kedalam ruangan. Sensor Thermocouple type K Memungkinkan penggunaanya dengan modul Max31865 yang memang diperuntukan bagi sensor resistance temperature detector. Namun, fungsinya masih memerlukan penelitian lebih lanjut tentang sistem transfer suhu yang dilakukan oleh modul analog digital converter, nilai hambatan dari kedua logam serta pengkalibrasianya. Temperature regulation in the transformer room is used to minimize the heat arising from the transformer unit which greatly affects the performance and age of the transformer. However, its function still requires further research on the temperature transfer system carried out by the analog digital converter module, the resistance values of the two metals and their calibration.
