Abstract

ABSTRAK Setiap orang menginginkan keamanan dan kenyamanan untuk rumahnya, sebab keamanan rumah seseorang merupakan hal yang sangat penting. Untuk itu diperlukan sistem untuk menjaga keamanan rumah dan terhindar dari pencurian. Dalam tugas akhir ini dibuat sebuah sistem monitoring keamanan dan kontrol jarak jauh perangkat listrik yang mampu menjadi solusi untuk menjaga keamanan dan kenyamanan rumah. Sistem otomatisasi berbasis Internet of Things (IoT), teknologi ini dapat diaplikasikan di berbagai bidang, salah satunya adalah alat telekomunikasi dengan fitur monitoring keamanan dan kontrol jarak jauh melalui protokol internet. Konsep kontrol jarak jauh perangkat listrik memberikan kemudahan kepada pengguna untuk melakukan monitoring keadaan dan penghematan energi. Sistem ini terdiri dari server Google Firebase, Wemos, sensor jarak HC-SR04, relay board dan aplikasi android pada telepon pintar. Informasi yang dikumpulkan dari aplikasi seluler akan dikirim ke server secara berkala. Tindakan yang diperlukan akan diambil berdasarkan data yang dikumpulkan. Senosr HC-SR04 pada protoype ini mempunyai prosentase kesalahan pembacaan jarak 1,86% dan delay waktu komunikasi antara Wemos, server Google Firebase dan telepon pintar android sebesar 2,3 detik. For this reason, a system is needed to maintain the security of the house and avoid theft. In this final project created a security monitoring system and remote control of electrical devices that can be a solution to maintain the security and comfort of the house. Automation system based on Internet of Things (IoT), this technology can be applied in various fields, one of which is a telecommunications tool with security monitoring and remote control features through the internet protocol. The concept of remote control of electrical devices makes it easy for users to monitor conditions and save energy. This system consists of Google Firebase servers, Wemos, HC-SR04 proximity sensors, relay boards and android applications on smartphones. Information collected from the mobile application will be sent to the server periodically. The necessary action will be taken based on data collected. Senosr HC-SR04 on this protoype has a percentage error reading distance of 1.86% and the time delay of communication between Wemos, Google Firebase servers and Android smartphones by 2.3 seconds.
