Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the influence of motivation and discipline work on employees performance at Bank OCBC NISP Consumer Banking Division Jabodetabek 2. Population in observational were all employees of the Division of Consumer Banking Jabodetabek 2. The sample technique in this research uses the sensus methodology for the whole population as the sample. Acquired data with gives questionnaire on exhaustive respondent total 115 person. The technique study used multiple linear regressions with help programs SPSS 20 for Windows. The results of the analysis showed that there are motivation variable and discipline work which simultaneously significant on the employees performance. Partially motivation have influence very weak negative and not having significant on employees performance, while discipline work influence has strong positive and significant effects on employees performance. The writer suggested that in order to increase motivation, need a special attention in the growth of the employee’s career with a good environment. Whereas for discpline work will increase, company need to educate the workforce with the regulation in order to follow the vision and mission with ease. So as the employee performance will be able to achieve the efficiency if motivation and discipline work are applied simultaneously. Keyword : Motivation, Discipline Work and Performance Employee Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Bank OCBC NISP pada Divisi Consumer Banking Jabodetabek 2. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan pada Divisi Consumer Banking Jabodetabek 2. Teknik Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode sensus, sehingga seluruh populasi menjadi sampel. Data diperoleh dengan memberikan kuesioner pada seluruh responden yang berjumlah 115 orang. Teknik penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS 20 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel motivasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Secara parsial motivasi memiliki pengaruh negatif sangat lemah dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif kuat dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penulis menyarankan untuk meningkatkan motivasi perlu perhatian khusus dalam pertumbuhan karir karyawan dan lingkungan kerja yang nyaman. Sedangkan untuk disiplin kerja agar terus meningkat, perusahaan seharusnya lebih memperjelas aturan dan menjalankan visi misi dengan mudah. Sehingga kinerja karyawan akan tercapai jika motivasi dan disiplin kerja berjalan bersamaan. Kata Kunci : Motivasi, Disiplin Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan
