Abstract

The objective of this study was to find and analyze the influence of variable of culture organization, work ethic toward employees’ performance in PT. Sekai Indojava whether its partial or simultaneous. The research methodology of this study was statistic parametric which is quantitave analysis multiple linear regretion, after collecting the data, the data are input and proceed in SPSS 21. The amount of samples who became respondence are 50 questioners based on likert scale; there are 63 questions which are organize based on indicators and dimension that support this study. The result shows that (1) the analysis of the data that use linear regretion method, found that work ethic is not giving the influence to the employees’ performance in PT. Sekai Indojaya in production division. (2) Work Ethic is not giving significant influence toward employees’ perfomance, however the application of culture organization in the company, especially in production division has a complication so that giving the influence to the employees’ performance and impact to the result of production achievment that has been settled by the management. Keywords : Culture Organization, Work Ethic, Employees’ Performance Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh variable budaya organisasi, etos kerja terhadap kinerja Karyawan di PT.Sekai Indojava baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode penelitian statistis parametric ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif analisis regresi linier berganda yang kemudian pengolahan datanya diproses dengan program SPSS 21. Jumlah sampel yang menjadi responden sebanyak 50 Karyawan pada bagian produksi dan instrument penelitian yang digunakan berupa kuesioner terstruktur dengan skala likert; terdiri dari 63 pernyataan yang disusun berdasarkan indikator dan dimensi yang mendukung masing-masing variable penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Dari hasil analisa data dengan metode regresi metode linier dapat diketahui bahwa etos kerja tidak mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan pada PT.Sekai Indojava pada bagian produksi. (2) Etos kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan,sementara budaya organisasi terdapat pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, yang berarti bahwa penerapan budaya organisasi di dalam perusahaan khususnya pada bagian produksi mengalami masalah sehingga mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan yang berefek pada hasil pencapaian produksi yang telah ditetapkan management.
