Abstract

In the implementation of a construction project, the right method is needed in order to achieve the compatibility of costs, quality and time. One of them is in the process of implementing basement excavation work, an appropriate method is needed, especially in the selection of a combination of heavy equipment so that it can ensure the continuity of basement excavation work according to a predetermined schedule. The purpose of this study is to determine the combination of heavy equipment to be used, thus it is possible to plan the use of the tool properly and calculate the costs involved in using the tool. The data analysis method used is an analytical description consisting of data collection techniques, data sources, data analysis, implementation techniques and final project design. The results of this study obtained the most optimal combination of alternative II to accelerate excavation work with the composition of 2 Kobelco SK-200 excavators, 1 PC100 excavator and 4 dump trucks with an average daily productivity of 313.846 m3, 26 days duration and a cost of Rp. 299,433,250.00. Keywords: Dumptruck, Excavator, Excavation, Heavy Equipment Combination, Productivity Dalam pelaksanaan sebuah proyek konstrusksi diperlukan metode yang tepat agar tercapainya kesesuaian biaya, mutu dan waktu. Salah satunya dalam proses pelaksanaan pekerjaan galian basement di butuhkan suatu metode yang tepat khususnya dalam pemilihan kombinasi alat berat sehingga dapat menjamin kelangsungan pekerjaan galian basement sesuai dengan jadwal yang telah ditentukan Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kombinasi alat berat yang akan digunakan, dengan demikian maka dapat merencanakan penggunaan alat dengan tepat dan memperhitungkan biaya yang diperlukan dalam penggunaan alat tersebut. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskripsi analitis yang terdiri dari teknik pengumpulan data, sumber data, analisis data, teknik pelaksanaan dan rancangan tugas akhir. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapatkan kombinasi alternatif II yang paling optimal untuk mempercepat pekerjaan galian dengan komposisi 2 excavator Kobelco SK-200, 1 excavator PC100 dan 4 buah dumptruck dengan produktivitas harian rata rata 313,846 m3, durasi 26 hari dan biaya sebesar Rp. 299.433.250,00 Kata Kunci : dumptruck, excavator, galian, kombinasi alat berat,produktivitas
