Abstract

This research is conducted to analyze the influences of training program influence and compensation system to teacher performance State Vocasional High Schoal in Jakarta Selatan I. Population 459 teachers and sample taken based on tables Slovin 198 teachers with mistress dominance 127 ( 64.1%) , age around 46- 55 years 51%, education of S1 86.9% and dominance experience 20 years 43.6%. Research methodology applied is quantitative research by using method survey meant to give explanation. Sampling technique applies method proportionate random sampling. There is two independent variables that is training program ( X1) and compensation system (X2) and one dependent variable that is teacher performance ( Y). To test variable having an effect, researcher applies doubled linear regression method and significance test applies t test and F test.. Result of his is concluded that: a) There is positive relationship of significant between training programs ( X1) with teacher performance ( Y) . t calculate = 5.292 and sig ( p) = 0.000 < 0.005. table t with df 196 and level signifikan 5% = 1.960 t calculate > t tables ( 5.292 >1.960 ), hence Ho is refused, and H1 is received. b) There is a real positive relationship significant between compensation systems ( X2) with teacher performance ( Y). t calculate = 2.129 and sig ( p) = 0.000 < 0.05. table t with df 196 and level significant 5% = 1.960. t calculate = 2.129 and sig ( p) = 0.035 < 0.05. t table with df 196 and level significant 5% = 1.960. t calculate > t table ( 2.129 > 1.960 ), Ho is refused, and H1 is received. c) There is the relation of positive simultan and significant between training programs ( X1) and compensation system ( X2) to teacher performance ( Y) t calculate > t table ( 2.129 > 1.960 ). F calculate = 35.341 and Sig ( p) = 0.000 and 0.035 where p < 0.05. table F with level signifikan 5% and degree of freedom number of variables - 1 = 2 and denumerator number of cases - 2 - 1 = 198 - 2 - 1 = 195, F table = 3.89. F calculate > F table ( 35.341 > 3.890 ) Ho is refused and H1 is received. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh program pelatihan dan sistem kompensasi terhadap kinerja guru SMK Negeri di Jakarta Selatan I. Populasi 459 guru-guru SMK negeri di rayon Jakarta Selatan 1 dan sampel yang diambil berdasarkan tabel Slovin sebanyak 198 guru dengan dominan guru wanita 127 orang (64.1%) , usia sekitar 46-55 tahun 51%, pendidikan S1 86.9% dan dominan masa kerja di atas 20 tahun 43.6%. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian metode survey yang dimaksudkan untuk memberikan penjelasan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode proportionate random sampling. Ada dua variabel bebas yaitu program pelatihan (X1) dan sistem kompensasi (X2) dan satu variabel terikat yaitu kinerja guru (Y). Untuk menguji variabel yang berpengaruh, peneliti menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda dan uji signifikansi menggunakan uji t dan uji F. Hasilnya disimpulkan bahwa: a) Terdapat hubungan positif signifikan antara program pelatihan (X1) dengan kinerja guru (Y) . t hitung = 5.292 dan sig (p) = 0,000 < 0,05. t tabel dengan df 196 dan taraf signifikan 5% = 1.960. t hitung > t tabel ( 5.292 > 1.960 ), maka Ho ditolak, dan H1 diterima. b) Terdapat hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan antara sistem kompensasi (X2) dengan kinerja guru (Y). t hitung = 2.129 dan sig (p) = 0,035 < 0,05. t tabel dengan df 196 dan taraf signifikan 5% = 1.960. t hitung > t tabel ( 2.129 > 1.960 ), maka Ho ditolak, dan H1 diterima. c) Terdapat hubungan simultan positif dan signifikan antara program pelatihan (X1) dan sistem kompensasi (X2) terhadap kinerja guru (Y). F hitung = 35.341 dan Sig (p) = 0,000 dan 0.035 di mana p < 0,05. F tabel dengan taraf signifikan 5% dan derajat kebebasan jumlah variabel – 1 =2 dan denumerator jumlah kasus – 2 - 1 = 198 - 2 -1 = 195, maka F tabel = 3.89. F hitung > F tabel ( 35.341 > 3.89 ) maka Ho ditolak dan H1 diterima.
