Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine and analyze the influence of Transformational Leadership Style, Organizational culture and work motivation on employee performance. This research is a quantitative method was descriptive of collecting data through questionnaires and literature. The population in this study all employees of the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office of Banten as many as 153 people, using a sampling technique in which non-probability sampling technique with proportional sampling using the formula slovin thus found a sample of 61 people. Analysis of the data in this study using multiple linear regression were run with SPSS software version 20. The results showed that transformational leadership, organizational culture and work motivation significantly positive effect on employee performance either partially or simultaneously. Suggestions for management to further enhance efforts to increase intrinsic motivation, because the dimensions that have the greatest influence in this study. Keywords: Transformational Leadership Style, Organizational Culture, Work Motivation, Employee Performance Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis besar pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Budaya Organisasi, dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian berjenis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan studi pustaka. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh pegawai Kementrian Agama Kanwil Banten sebanyak 153 orang, teknik sampling menggunakan non-probabilitas dimana teknik pengambilan sampel dengan proportional sampling menggunakan rumus slovin, sehingga ditemukan sampel sebanyak 61 orang. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Regresi Linear Berganda yang dijalankan dengan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 20. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Saran untuk manajemen agar lebih meningkatkan upaya peningkatan motivasi instrinsik, karena dimensi tersebut yang mempunyai pengaruh terbesar pada penelitian ini. Kata Kunci : Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Budaya Organisasi, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai.
