Abstract
The main objective of this research was to determine the influence of job training on job satisfaction, determine the effect of motivation on job satisfaction and to determine the influence of job training and motivation simultaneity on job satisfaction. Type of research used in this research is the explanation (explanatory research) with a quantitative approach. Population that used in this research is 112 people with totally samples 55 respondent. Analysis of the data in this study using descriptive analysis and regression analysis. To analyze the data using SPSS version 20.0 for Windows. Based on the result of regression analysis showed that Job Training variable (X1) has a significant influence on Job Satisfaction (Y) with a value of 0.000.Motivation variable (X2) has a significant influence on Job Satisfaction (Y) with a value of 0.001. Based on Dimension of Correlation Matrix result found that the strongest correlation is Training Materials to Daily Work, this showed that job satisfied at Exploration Division PT Pertamina EP strong influence by electing the appropriate training materials. Key Word: Job Training, Motivation, on Job Satisfaction Tujuan utama dalam penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kepuasan kerja, mengetahui pengaruh motivasi terhadap kepuasan kerja dan mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan dan motivasi secara bersama-sama terhadap kepuasan kerja. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian penjelasan (explanatory research) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 112 orang dan dilakukan terhadap sampel sebanyak 55 responden. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi dengan menggunakan program SPSS Versi 20.0 for windows. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi menunjukan bahwa Variabel Pelatihan (X1) mempunyai pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja (Y) dengan nilai sebesar 0.000. Variabel Motivasi (X2) mempunyai pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja (Y) dengan nilai sebesar 0.001. Dari hasil korelasi matriks antar dimensi didapat temuan hubungan paling kuat adalah dimensi Materi Pelatihan terhadap dimensi Pekerjaan itu sendiri, hal ini menunjukan bahwa kepuasan kerja di fungsi Eksplorasi PT Pertamina EP secara kuat dipengaruhi oleh pemilihan materi pelatihan yang tepat.
