Abstract
The purpose of this research was to find out the degree of the relationships between: emotional intelligenceand organizational culture with their employee performance. The research was conducted at theTrucking Department of PT Bina Sinar Amity Jakarta (2006) with a sample of 89 selected randomly. The results of the analysis show that there are positive correlations between: (1) emotional Intelligence and employee performance; (2) organizational culture and employee performance; Furthermore, there is a positive correlation between emotional Intelligenceand organizational culture with their employee performance simultaneously
