Abstract
Self-Efficacy In Badminton Athletes With Disabilities Who Get A Medal On Asian Para Games 2018 Ainin Al Khairoh Universitas Mercubuana Jl. Raya Kranggan, Jatisampurna 6 - Bekasi ABSTRACT This study is purposed on understanding self-efficacy of badminton athletes with disability who get a medal in Asian Para Games 2018. The subject consists of two persons who have physical limitations. The first subject has experienced physical limitations on its hands, the second subject is on its foot. The methodology in this study is qualitative methods with fenomonology approach. The data technique is observation and interview. The result of the study is both subject have a conviction based on factors and dimension of self-efficacy itself, there are the experiencing of comprehend anything, the social modeling, the social persuading and the emotional and physical conditioning. In dimension of self-efficacy is the level, the strength and the generality. The previous study in this study is the existence of motivation and social supports that strengthen their conviction. Keywords: Self-Efficacy , Difabel , Badminton’s Athlete. Gambaran Self Efficacy Pada Atlet Badminton Difabel Peraih Medali Pada Ajang Asian Para Games 2018 Ainin Al Khairoh Universitas Mercubuana Jl. Raya Kranggan, Jatisampurna 6 - Bekasi ABSTRAK Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mengenai gambaran self efficacy atlet badminton difabel yang meraih medali pada ajang asian para games 2018. Subyek terdiri dari 2 orang yang memiliki keterbatasan fisik. Subyek pertama mengalami keterbatasan fisik pada tangan, subyek kedua mengalami keterbatasan fisik pada kaki. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam peneltian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomonologi. Tekhnik pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan melakukan observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kedua subyek memiliki keyakinan yang bersumber dari faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi self efficacy dan dimensi self efficacy, yaitu pengalaman menguasai sesutau, modeling sosial, persuasi sosial, dan kondisi fisik dan emosional. Dilihat dari dimensinya yaitu level, strenght, dan generality. Adapun temuan lain dalam penelitian ini adalah adanya motivasi dan dukungan sosial yang memperkuat keyakinan pada diri subyek. Kata Kunci : Self Efficacy , Difabel , Atlet Badminton
