Abstract

The title of the research is “The Influence of Job Satisfaction, Job Motivation and Job Stress toward Outsourcing Employee Performance at PT Bank BNI in Production Distribution Unit Jakarta”. The analytical unit is the outsourcing employees. The contribution which was expected could give an idea about the influence of job satisfaction, job motivation and job stress toward outsourcing employee performance. The quantitate method was used in this study and data was collected by using questionnaire technique with the total outsourcing employee 45. While managing the researcher used the analytical techniques of SPSS but the result was not as good as the expecting result, because there was no significant relationship. To answer the research problem and research hypothesis testing the analytical techniques used Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The more positive someone’s behavior will definitely effect her/his performance, this is proven when the researcher tested the hypothesis that job satisfaction and job motivation doesn’t affect toward job performance but job stress effects toward job performance. The result of the direct effect job satisfaction doesn’t affect toward job performance is 0, 36, for job motivation doesn’t affect toward job performance is -0,439 and then for job stress effects toward job performance is 0,056. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Motivation, Stress and Job Performance Judul dari penelitian ini adalah “Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, dan Stres Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Alih Daya (outsourcing) di PT Bank BNI Jakarta Bagian Produksi Distribusi Unit”. Unit analisisnya adalah karyawan alih daya atau outsourcing. Kontribusi yang diharapkan dari penelitian ini mampu memberikan ide atau gagasan baru tentang pengaruh kepuasan kerja, motivasi kerja dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan outsourcing. Metode kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini dan data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner untuk seluruh karyawan outsourcing di bagian produksi distribusi unit sejumlah 45 karyawan. Pada awal mengolah data, peneliti menggunakan alat analisa SPSS namun dari hasil yang didapat tidak sesuai dengan harapan, karena tidak ada hasil yang signifikan. Kemudian untuk menjawab masalah penelitian dan pengujian hipotesis penelitian maka digunakan teknik analisis Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Secara positif perilaku seseorang akan berpengaruh terhadap kinerjanya, di samping itu peneliti menguji hipotesis bahwa Kepuasan kerja dan Motivasi Kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, namun Stres Kerja Berpengaruh Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Hasilnya bahwa secara langsung kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 0,36, untuk motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar -0,439 dan untuk stres kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 0,056.
