Abstract
THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN WORK LIFE BALANCE AND CREATIVITY EMPLOYEE OF PT. TELEKOMUNIKASI INDONESIA, TBK ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to explain and examine the relationship between Work Life Balance with Creativity on employees within the company. These variables are work-life balance and Creativity. The type of research used in this study is quantitative correlational. Subjects in this study were employees with age range 19-55 years. The total of respondents in this study was 102 respondents. This research was conducted on employees of PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk. The data retrieval technique used is stratified sampling. Data were collected through two measuring tools, namely WLBS Scale (17 items) from Fisher, Bulger, & Smith (2009) which has been translated into Indonesian and KEYS Survey (78 items) from Amabile (2015) which has been translated into Indonesian. The analysis technique used to test the hypothesis is Spearman correlation. The results show that there is significant relationship between work life balance and creativity. TELEKOMUNIKASI INDONESIA, TBK ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan dan menguji hubungan antar variabel dalam penelitian ini pada karyawan dalam perusahaan. Variabel-variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah Work Life Balance dan Kreativitas. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif korelasional. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan dengan rentang usia 19- 55 tahun. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 102 responden. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada karyawan di PT. X. Teknik pengambilan data yang digunakan adalah stratified sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui dua alat ukur, yaitu Skala WLBS (17 item) dari Fisher, Bulger, & Smith (2009) yang telah diterjemahkan ke dalam Bahasa Indonesia dan KEYS Survey (78 item) dari Amabile (2015) yang telah diterjemahkan ke dalam Bahasa Indonesia. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Korelasi Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara keseimbangan kehidupan kerja dan kreativitas.
