Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product, physical evidence, people towards healthy motivation and the patient's decision. In this study, data collection was conducted through survey method by distributing questionnaires to patients of Weekend Service National Cardiovascular Center Harapan Kita. The number of samples taken in this study were 133 patients. The sampling technique used in this study is simple random sampling. Methods analyzed using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with AMOS 18. The results of the data processing showed product, physical evidence, people influence the patient's decision through healthy motivation. Parameter estimation for testing the effect of the product on the healthy motivation showing CR value of 1.994 (p = 0.046), the effect of physical evidence on the healthy motivation showing CR value of 2.762 (p=0.006), the influence of people on the healthy motivation showing CR value of 2.629 (p=0.009), and healthy motivation influence on the patient’s decision showed CR values of 2.005 (p=0.045). Keywords: product, physical evidence, people, healthy motivation, patient’s decision Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh product, physical evidence, people terhadap motivasi sehat dan keputusan pasien. Dalam penelitian ini, pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui metode survei dengan menyebarkan kuisioner kepada pasien Weekend Service Rumah Sakit Jantung dan Pembuluh Darah Harapan Kita. Jumlah sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah 133 pasien. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Simple Random Sampling. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) dengan AMOS 18. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa product, physical evidence, people berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pasien melalui motivasi sehat. Parameter estimasi untuk pengujian pengaruh product terhadap motivasi sehat menunjukkan nilai CR sebesar 1,994 (p=0,046), pengaruh physical evidence terhadap motivasi sehat menunjukkan nilai CR sebesar 2,762 (p=0,006), pengaruh people terhadap motivasi sehat menunjukkan nilai CR sebesar 2,629 (p=0,009), dan pengaruh motivasi sehat terhadap keputusan pasien menunjukkan nilai CR sebesar 2,005 (p=0,045).
