Abstract
This thesis aims to analyze the influence of work culture, benefit performance, and achievement motivation on employee performance in the General Bureau of the Ministry of State Secretariat. This research uses descriptive quantitative approach with the population of all employees of the General Bureau of the Ministry of State Secretariat. Hypothesis testing using multiple regression analysis. Results of research questionnaire are tabulated in the form of numbers which are then processed SPSS version 20. The results obtained are variable significant influence on employee performance work culture. There is a significant influence variable performance benefits on employee performance. There is a significant influence of variables of achievement motivation on employee performance. Together variable work culture, benefit performance, and achievement motivation there is a strong and significant influence on employee performance. Improved employee performance strongly influenced by the cultural dimension of individuals working together with the dimensions of employee attitudes. Suggestions proposed remedy this study is the need to be studied more in depth individual work culture that causes Employee Performance General Bureau of the Ministry of the Secretariat of State doesn’t increase necessary to evaluate the map position, standard operating procedures, and the output performance of employees. Keywords: Work Cultural, Benefits Performance, Achievement Motivation and Employee Performance Tesis ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya kerja, tunjangan kinerja, dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Biro Umum Kementerian Sekretariat Negara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan populasi seluruh pegawai Biro Umum Kementerian Sekretariat Negara. Uji hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil kuesioner penelitian ditabulasikan dalam bentuk angka yang kemudian diolah program SPSS versi 20. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan variabel budaya kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan variabel tunjangan kinerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Terdapat pengaruh signifikan variabel motivasi berprestasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Secara bersama-sama variabel budaya kerja, tunjangan kinerja, dan motivasi berprestasi terdapat pengaruh yang kuat dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Peningkatan kinerja pegawai paling kuat dipengaruhi oleh dimensi individu budaya kerja bersama dengan dimensi sikap pegawai. Saran yang diajukan untk penelitian ini adalah perlu dikaji lebih mendalam budaya kerja individu (sikap dan perilaku pegawai) yang menyebabkan Kinerja Pegawai Biro Umum Kementerian Sekretariat Negara tidak meningkat perlu dilakukan evaluasi terhadap peta jabatan, standart operasional prosedur, dan output kinerja pegawai.
