Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of current ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on asset, and earning per share on stock price in conventional taxi and bus companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange on 2013-2017. The sample selection in this research using purposive sampling and got 6 companies that match with the criteria of sample research. The method used in this research is panel data regression analysis and it is found that the more appropriate model used is common effect. From the result of research obtained the value of adjusted R-Square equal to 63.66%. It indicated that earning per share variable has a positive and significant effect on stock price with regression coefficient equal to 14.24790. However, the result of current ratio, debt to equity ratio, and return on asset has no effect on stock price. Keywords: stock price, current ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on asset, earning per share, conventional taxi and bus companies. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh current ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on asset, dan earning per share terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan taksi dan bus konvensional yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2013-2017. Pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan mendapatkan 6 perusahaan yang sesuai dengan kriteria sampel penelitian . Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi data panel dan didapatkan bahwa model yang lebih tepat digunakan adalah common effect. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan nilai adjusted R-Square sebesar 63,66%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel earning per share memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 14.24790. Sedangkan, untuk variabel current ratio, debt to equity ratio, dan return on asset tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap harga saham. Kata kunci: harga saham, current ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on asset, earning per share, perusahaan taksi dan bus konvensional.
