Abstract

ABSTRAK KATALOGISASI DAN PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE KOMPONEN PADA MESIN PRESS BODY GITAR Perkembangan teknologi saat ini sangat pesat karena pemerintah ingin menerapkan teknologi 4.0 yang artinya adalah semua proses akan berbasis otomasi untuk menekan potensi kecelakaan kerja dan semakin modernnya teknologi yang ada di indonesia disamping menekan potensi kecelakaan sistem otomasi ini juga bisa untuk mempercepat proses untuk membuat suatu produk dari sebuah alat salah satunya gitar. Gitar merupakan alat musik yang memiliki ciri khas sendiri dan tidak bisa di gantikan oleh alat musik yang lain dan untuk membuat 1 unit gitar melewati proses yang panjang, rumit dan bahan baku yang ungul sehingga harga 1 unit gitar memiliki harga yang sangat tinggi tergantung dari bahan yang di gunakan untuk membuat alat musik tersebut. Proses panjang tersebut terdapat 1 proses dimana proses tersebut untuk membentuk body gitar dengan cara mempress lempengan kayu dengan metode Hot Press sehingga lempengan kayu bisa terbentuk lengkungan sesuai dengan lengkunagn gitar yang ingin di bentuk . Pada proses manual kualitas barang yang dihasilkan dari proses ini tidak stabil dan berpotensi NG lebih besar sehingga potensi biaya produksi menjadi membengkak atau bertambah karena itu dibutuhkan alat otomatis yang bisa membentuk lembaran kayu tersebut menjadi sesuai keinginan dengan metode hot press masalah seperti itu harus menggunakan alat untuk meminimalisir potensi NG pada lembaran kayu dengan cara membuat alat otomatis yang bisa membentuk lembaran kayu menjadi body gitar yang diinginkan. Dari alat ini penulis ingin melakukan pendataan komponen (katalogisasi) yang tujuannya agar saat mesin hot press body gitar tersebut rusak maka semua komponen bisa diliat spesfikasi tanpa melihat barang terlebih dahulu dan cara melakukan preventive maintenance pada alat tersebut yang tujuannya agar cara perawatan komponen pada alat tersebut sehingga memperpanjang usia pakai dari komponen yang telah di gunakan Kata kunci: Gitar , Hot Press, Body Gitar, Katalogisasi, Spesfikasi, Preventive Maintenance ABSTRACT CATALOGING AND PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE PART IN GUITAR BODY PRESS MACHINES The development of technology is currently very rapid because the government wants to implement technology 4.0, which means that all processes will be based on automation to reduce the potential for work accidents and the increasingly modern technology in Indonesia, while suppressing the potential for accidents this automation system can also accelerate the process of making a product from one tool is the guitar. The guitar is a musical instrument that has its own characteristics and cannot be replaced by other musical instruments and to make 1 unit of guitar go through a long, complicated process and superior raw materials so that the price of 1 unit of guitar has a very high price depending on the material used to make these musical instruments. This long process has a process in which the process is to form the body of the guitar by pressing a wooden plate with the Hot Press method so that the wooden plates can be formed in accordance with the curve of the guitar you want to form. In the manual process the quality of goods produced from this process is unstable and potentially greater NG so that the potential cost of production becomes swollen or increased because it requires an automatic tool that can shape the wood sheet to be desired with the hot press method such problems should use tools to minimize the potential of NG on wood sheets by making automatic tools that can shape wood sheets into the desired guitar body. From this tool the author wants to do a component data collection (cataloging) which is intended so that when the hot press machine is damaged, all components can be seen specification without seeing the goods first.
