Abstract

ABSTRAK RANCANG BANGUN CONTROL PACKAGING SENSOR PHOTO ELECTRIC E3Z MENGGUNAKAN ARDUINO Peningkatan jumlah permintaan terhadap produk Industri, menuntut Industri harus mengikuti permintaan pasar terhadap produk yang terus meningkat. Permintaan yang tinggi ini harus diimbangi dengan Improvement segala aspek produksi. Kemajuan Industri dengan diimbangi kenaikan permintaan terhadap output produksi akan sangat menuntut industri untuk melakukan segala bentuk Improvement untuk menunjang keberlangsungan bisnis yang berjalan. Salah satu bentuk Improvement yang harus dilakukan adalah memastikan produk yang telah diproduksi dari line produksi harus dalam keadaan standart quality yang tinggi. Semua bentuk kesalahan dalam proses pembuatan produck “Sensor Photo electric E3Z Omron“ antara lain terjadinya pokamisu/ pokamis, Pokamis paling sering terjadi pada saat product selesai dibuat adalah pada proses packaging, proses ini merupakan finishing sebelum product dijual pada custumer. Pada perancangan pembuatan rancang bangun sensor photo electric E3Z dalam proses packaging dilakukan menggunakan Sensor Photo Electric E3Z sebagai inputan controller menggunakan Arduino Uno dan outputnya adalah LCD sebagai User Interface dengan pengguna dan LED sebagai indikator outputnya. Dari hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan pada proses rata–rata waktu yang dibutuhkan pada proses pengujian sensor photo electric E3Z dibawah 1 detik (S). Kata Kunci : E3Z Sensor, Pokamis, Photo electric. ABSTRAC DESIGN OF CONTROL PACKAGING SENSOR PHOTO ELECTRIC E3Z USING ARDUINO Increasing amount of demand for industrial products, demands the industry must follow market demand for products that continue to increase. This high demand must be balanced with the Improvement of all aspects of production. Industrial Progress with a balanced increase in demand for production output will greatly require the industry to do all forms of Improvement to support the sustainability of the ongoing business. One form improvement that must be done is to ensure that products have been produced from the production line must be in a high standard quality. All forms of errors in the process of making the product "E3Z Omron Electric Photo Sensor" include pokamisu / pokamis. Pokamis most often occur when the product is finished being made in the packaging process, this process is finishing before the product sold to the custumer. In the design of the E3Z electric photo sensor design in the packaging process is carried out using the E3Z Electric Photo Sensor as an input controller using Arduino Uno and the output is LCD as the User Interface with the user and the LED as the output indicator. From the results of tests that have been carried out in the process of the average time required in the E3Z photo electric sensor testing process is under 1 second (S).
