Abstract
The challenge of the globalization era is that the success of a company in achieving a vision and mission does not only depend on resource facilities such as technology, facilities and infrastructure, but on the performance of company employees. Employees have a vital role in building and developing the company, so there needs to be an appropriate appreciation given by the company to avoid wanting to leave the company. This type of research is causal quantitative. This study aims to analyze the effect of Compensation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance mediated by Turnover intention on Employees of an IT Consultancy Management Service Company. The number of samples in this study was 100 respondents using a census sample which is part of the non-probability model sampling technique. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results of the study show that turnover intention partially mediates the indirect effect of compensation and work discipline on employee performance. Turnover intention has a positive effect on employee performance. Compensation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a contribution of 77.1%. Compensation is the dominant factor, especially the giving of bonuses that affect employee performance. Compensation and Work Discipline have a significant effect on Turnover intention with a contribution of 73.3%. Direct compensation, especially bonus giving, is the dominant factor influencing Turnover intention. Keywords: Compensation, Work Discipline, Turnover intention, Employee Performance Tantangan era globalisasi keberhasilan sebuah perusahaan mencapai sebuah visi dan misinya tidak hanya bergantung pada fasilitas sumber daya seperti teknologi, sarana dan prasarana, melainakan pada kinerja karyawan perusahaan. Pegawai memiliki peran vital dalam membangun dan mengembangakan perusahaan, sehingga perlu adanya apresiasi yang sesuai yang diberikan perusahaan guna menghindari keinginan berhenti dari perusahaan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif kausal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kompensasi dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai yang dimediasi oleh turnover intention pada Pegawai Perusahaan Jasa Manajemen Konsultansi IT. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 responden dengan menggunakan sampel sensus yang merupakan bagian dari teknik sampel model nonprobabilitas. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modelling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan turnover intention memediasi sebagian (partial mediation) pengaruh tidak langsung kompensasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Turnover intention berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kompensasi dan Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kontribusi sebesar 77,1%. Kompensasi menjadi faktor dominan khususnya pemberian bonus yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Kompensasi dan Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention dengan kontribusi sebesar 73,3%. Kompensasi langsung khususnya pemberian bonus menjadi faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi turnover intention. Kata kunci: Kompensasi, Disiplin Kerja, Turnover intention, Kinerja Pegawai
