Abstract

ABSTRAK Mesin CNC (Computer Numerical Control) menggunakan Power supply unit (PSU) DC sebagai suplai kontrol pada bagian elektroniknya. Salah satu contoh suplai tegangan yaitu 24Volt DC. Permasalahan yang sering timbul pada power supply yaitu ketidakstabilan tegangan outputnya akibat pemakaian yang sudah lama. Akibatnya, mesin sering mengalami error sistem pada saat beroperasi. Lebih parahnya mesin tidak bisa hidup kembali setelah dimatikan. Sistem Change over switch ini berfungsi untuk mengontrol dan memindahkan supply daya listrik dari Power supply utama ke Power supply cadangan jika terjadi masalah tegangan baik tegangan kurang, lebih atapun dengan pengaturan waktu rata-rata umur Power supply . Dengan ini, bagian kontrol elektronik mesin menjadi tahan lama dan mesin tidak mengalami kendala saat beroperasi karena tegangan dikontrol dan dikendalikan secara otomatis Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang dilakukan sistem Change over switch ini bekerja dengan baik. Pembacaan tegangan oleh alat menunjukan selisih 0.1Volt dengan alat ukur. Alat mendeteksi kerusakan power supply pada tegangan dibawah 22.0Volt dan diatas 24.3Volt. Sistem change over switch juga bekerja saat schedule COS diaktifkan. Under volatege dan over voltage dimasukan pada history sebagai jenis kerusakan power supply. Sistem bekerja dengan cepat sehingga tidak menimbulkan alarm pada prototype mesin CNC. Kata Kunci : Computer numerical control, Arduino, Switch change over, Power supply. ABSTRACT CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines use a DC Power supply unit (PSU) as a control supply for the electronic parts. One example of a supply voltage is 24Volt DC. The problem that often arises in the power supply is the instability of the output voltage due to old usage. As a result, machines often experience system errors during operation. Even worse, the engine can not revive after it is turned off. The Change over switch functions to control and move the mains power supply from the main power supply to the backup power supply in the event of a voltage problem, either less voltage, or even with an average time setting for the power supply. With this, the electronic control part of the machine becomes durable and the engine does not experience problems when operating because the voltage is controlled and controlled automatically Based on the test results, the Change over switch system works well. The voltage reading by the tool shows the difference of 0.1Volt from the measuring instrument. The tool detects damage to the power supply at voltages below 22.0Volt and above 24.3Volt. The change over switch system also works when the COS schedule is activated. Under volatege and over voltage were entered into history as a type of power supply failure.
