Abstract
ABSTRACT This research is to know the influence of Good Corporate Governance to Financial Performance. The object of this research is the Banking listed on IDX in period 2014 - 2016. This research was conducted using a quantitative descriptive approach. Analysis method used in this research is Descriptive Statistics Research, Classic Assumption Test, Regression Analysis Test, and Hypothesis Testing. The results of this study show that partially and simultaneously, Variable Good Corporate Governance affect the financial performance of banks. This is evidenced from the results of simultaneous test (F test) and partial test results (t test) also shows the significant value of one independent variable that supports the hypothesis of the influence of institutional ownership of financial performance. Therefore the test results of this study states that there is a simultaneous influence between the variables of Good Corporate Governance to Financial Performance Banking listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. evidenced from the results of simultaneous test (F test) and partial test results (t test) also shows the significant value of one independent variable that supports the hypothesis of the influence of institutional ownership of financial performance. Therefore the test results of this study states that there is a simultaneous influence between the variables of Good Corporate Governance to Financial Performance Banking listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Key Words : Good Corporate Governance, Financial Performance ABSTRAK Penelit ian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Good Corporate Governance terhadap Kinerja Keuangan. Objek penelit ian ini adalah Perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2014 – 2016. Penelit ian ini dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuant itatif . Metode Analisis yang digunakan pada penelit ian ini adalah Penelit ian Statistik Deskriptif, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Uji Analisis Regresi, dan Uji Hipotesis. Hasil penelit ian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan, Variabel Good Corporate Governance berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan perbankan. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji simultan (uji F) dan hasi uji parsial (uji t) juga ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji simultan (uji F) dan hasi uji parsial (uji t) juga menunjukan nilai signifikan dari satu variabel bebas yang mendukung hipotesis yaitu menunjukan nilai signifikan dari satu variabel bebas yang mendukung hipotesis yaitu pengaruh Kepemilikan Institusional terhadap kinerja keuangan. Oleh karena itu hasil uji dari penelit ian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara simultan antara pengaruh Kepemilikan Institusional terhadap kinerja keuangan. Oleh karena itu hasil uji dari penelit ian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara simultan antara var iabel Good Corporate Governance terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia.
