Abstract

Bunga Kita is a UMKM (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) engaged in interest. In delivering information about products and prices that are marketed flowers, we still use the manual system by waiting for consumers to come to our flower shop. Therefore, our flower shop owner wants a new breakthrough in the field of E-Commerce, which is a design of the business process of selling flowers. The purpose of designing this system is to provide convenience to consumers in obtaining information and in buying products for sale and promoting superior products and can assist in managing sales data. The benefit of designing this business process is to increase product sales and sales value revenue compared to other interest competitors. The methodology used to analyze business processes using the PIECES method, while in the development of the system is the Waterfall method, this method begins with gathering needs which then enters the design, development and implementation stages. The results of the design of this E-Commerce system are to facilitate sellers and consumers in the process of buying and selling and increasing the attractiveness of interest products to the public. Keywords:E-Commerce Design, Waterfall, PIECES Bunga Kita merupakan UMKM ( Usaha Mikro, Kecil, Menengah ) yang bergerak dibidang bunga. Dalam penyampaian informasi mengenai produk dan harga yang dipasarkan bunga kita masih menggunakan sistem manual dengan menunggu konsumen datang ke toko bunga kita. Oleh karna itu, pemilik toko bunga kita menginginkan sebuah terobosan baru dalam bidang E-Commerce yaitu sebuah perancangan sistem proses bisnis penjualan bunga. Tujuan perancangan sistem ini adalah memberikan kemudahan kepada konsumen dalam mendapatkan informasi maupun dalam membeli produk-produk yang dijual dan mempromosikan produk-produk unggulannya serta dapat membantu dalam pengelolaan data penjualan. Manfaat dari perancangan proses bisnis ini adalah untuk meningkatkan penjualan produk dan pendapatan nilai jual dibandingkan kompetitor bunga lainnya. Metodologi yang digunakan untuk menganalisa proses bisnis menggunakan metode PIECES, sedangkan dalam pengembangan sistem adalah metode Waterfall, metode ini diawali dengan pengumpulan kebutuhan yang selanjutnya memasuki tahap perancangan pemodelan, pembangunan dan implementasi. Hasil dari perancangan sistem E-Commerce ini untuk memudahkan penjual dan konsumen dalam melakukan proses jual dan beli serta meningkatkan daya tarik produk bunga kepada masyarakat.
