Abstract

ABSTRAK Salah satu perusahaan plastik yang berlokasi di Cikarang mempunyai masalah dalampengadaan bahan baku yang berlebih ataupun kurang dan mengakibatkan proses produksi yang kurang optimal. Maka dari itu perlu dilakukan perencanaan bahan baku selain untuk menghindari stockout pada bahan baku namun juga untuk meminimasi biaya persediaan pada bahan baku. Peramalan adalah metode yang digunakan untuk menagani jumlah persediaan agar tidak menyimpang dari data yang telah ditentukan. namun karena masa depan merupakan ketidakpastian maka peramalan tidak mutlak benar dan akurat. Metode peramalan yang digunakan dalam perencanaan bahan baku adalah metode Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) dan metode Winter Exponential Smoothing dan metode lot sizingyang yang digunakan adalah Lot For Lot, Economic Order Quantity, Period Order Quntity. Metode peramalan yang tepat digunakan dalam perusahaan adalah metode Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) dengan nilai MAPE sebesar 26.5844 dan MSE sebesar 25951274 sedangkan dari perhitungan lot sizing didapat hasil bahwa metode Lot For Lot memiliki total biaya paling minimum yaitu sebesar Rp 36,174,200. Kata Kunci : Perencanaan bahan baku, Peramalan, Lot Sizing, Lot For Lot ABSTRACT One of the plastic companies located in Cikarang has a problem in the procurement of excess raw materials or less and resulting in a less optimal production process. Therefore, it is necessary to do the planning of raw materials other than to avoid stockout on raw materials but also to minimize inventory costs on raw materials. Forecasting is a method used to determine the amount of inventory in order not to stray from the specified data. But because the future is an uncertainty then the forecasting is not absolutely true and accurate. The forecasting method used in raw material planning is the Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) method and the Winter Exponential Smoothing method and the lot sizing method used is Lot For Lot, Economic Order Quantity, Quntity Period Order. The proper forecasting method used in the company is the Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) method with the MAPE value of 26.5844 and MSE amounting to 25951274 whereas the calculation of lot sizing obtained the result that the Lot For Lot method has the minimum total cost of Rp 36,174,200.
