Abstract
ABSTRAK Pada industri yang bergerak dibidang manufaktur pembuatan solar panel terutama bagian lay up, Proses produksi masih dilakukan secara manual atau dengan tenaga manusia. Dari hasil wawancara, pekerja mempunyai banyak keluhan rasa sakit atau nyeri terutama pada bagian leher, punggung, pinggang, tangan dan kaki. Pengambilan data didapatkan dengan pengisian kuisioner dan pengambilan foto postur Kerja operator. Penilaian dari segi ergonomi menggunakan 2 metode penilaian yaitu dengan metode Ovako Work Analysis System (OWAS) dan Rapid Body Entire Assessment (REBA). Berdasarkan hasil kuesioner Nordic Body Map diketahui bahwa bagian tubuh yang paling banyak mengalami sakit yaitu bagian leher, pinggang, punggung dan tangan sebelah kanan. Hasil Penilaian Postur tubuh dengan metode OWAS, didapati hasil akhir yaitu kedua aktivitas Lay Up berada pada tingkat risiko nomor 2 dan Penilaian Postur tubuh dengan menggunakan metode REBA, Didapati hasil akhir yaitu masing-masing 6 dan 7 dengan penjelasan risiko sedang. Postur kerja yang dilakukan saat ini memungkinkan terjadinya rasa nyeri yang berkelanjutan dan dapat menyebabkan pekerja sakit. Ketika satu atau beberapa pekerja sakit maka dapat mempengaruhi produktivitas dari proses lay up. From the results of the interview, workers had many complaints of pain or pain especially in the neck, back, waist, hands, and feet. Data capture is obtained by filling out questionnaires and taking photos of the operator's work posture. Assessment in terms of ergonomics using 2 assessment methods namely with Ovako Work Analysis System (OWAS) and Rapid Body Entire Assessment (REBA) methods. Based on the results of the Nordic Body Map questionnaire, it is known that the sorest parts of the body are the neck, waist, back, and right hand. The results of the posture assessment with the OWAS method found the final result is that both Lay Up activity is at risk level number 2 and Posture Assessment using the REBA method, Found the final result is 6 and 7 with a moderate risk explanation. The current posture of work allows for ongoing pain and can cause workers pain. When one or more workers are sick it can affect the productivity of the lay-up process.
