Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors supporting the subjective well-being of preschool children (4-6 years) in the perspective of kindergarten teachers. The informants used in this study were kindergarten teachers who teach in Islamic schools. This type of research used in this study is a qualitative approach with a sample of five people. The method used in this study is the interview method, FGD and interview guidelines. This research focuses on the description of what a prosperous child looks like in an educational context. Prosperity referred to in this study are the factors that exist in teachers who can support the subjective well-being of children in school. The results of this study indicate that the first factor is loving and having, then the second factor is the welfare of the teacher itself, namely the relations of co-workers, workload, and the relationship between teacher and student. The core of the factors that exist in the teacher who can support the subjective well-being of children in school is the teacher-student relationship itself namely closeness. Closeness is the relationship between teacher and student which is characterized by warmth and closeness. Keywords: well-being of preschool, Education, Teacher-student relations Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor pendukung kesejahteraan subyektif anak prasekolah (4-6 tahun) dalam perspektif guru taman kanak-kanak. Informan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah guru taman kanak-kanak yang mengajar di sekolahan islam. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jumlah sampel lima orang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode wawancara, FGD dan pedoman wawancara. Penelitian ini berfokus kepada gambaran anak yang sejahtera itu seperti apa dalam konteks pendidikan. Sejahtera yang dimaksud pada penelitian ini adalah faktor-faktor yang ada pada guru yang dapat mendukung kesejahteraan subyektif anak di sekolah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor pertama yaitu loving dan having kemudian kedua adalah faktor kesejahteraan guru itu sendiri yaitu relasi rekan kerja, beban kerja, dan relasi guru dengan murid. Inti dari faktor-faktor yang ada pada guru yang dapat mendukung kesejahteraan subyektif anak di sekoah adalah relasi guru-murid itu sendiri yakni closeness. Closeness adalah hubungan guru dengan murid yang diwarnai dengan kehangatan dan kedekatan. Kata kunci : Kesejahteraan anak, Pendidikan, Relasi guru-murid
